Augusta Health invites you to consider joining our hospital employed Psychiatry practice in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Our practice includes both in-patient adult and geriatric unit that features 28 beds and an intensive out patient program . The clinical responsiblities for the medical director will primarily in our out-patient clinic. We are seeking a BC/BE Psychiatrist with a passion for high quality patient care and a minimum of five years of clinical practice. Leadership experience preferred.

The Position:

• Monday-Friday Clinic schedule
• 80% Out-patient Clinical role
• 20% Administrative Responsibilities
• Oversight of developing in and out patient service line
• Medical Direction Duties in conjunction with Operational Director
• Supervise Intensive Outpatient program
• Department Chair for Medical Staff
