Responsibilities
Actively engages with assigned clients to develop deep understanding of business operations and strategy in order to best anticipate and recommend effective HR strategy and practice aligned with the business. Anticipate and identify ongoing and future business capability needs and directs the development of skills to support business requirements through staffing, talent development, organization design, performance management and succession planning Meet with business leaders on a regular basis to stay abreast of changing business needs and anticipate human resource issues and opportunities.

Assess and partner with the business to ensure management practices support an engaging culture with the right emphasis on change management and working in a dynamic environment. Develop initiatives designed to promote employee communications, optimize organizational effectiveness and increase employee engagement Utilize data reporting tools to acquire and analyze information to support data driven decision-making. Drives efforts to create and sustain a culture of diversity and inclusion.

Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations and administer follow up/coaching as needed. Partners with other Human Resources Centers of Excellence (COE) to deliver human resources programs and business outcome focused solutions. Provides advice and consultation to management and employees in the area of labor and employee relations, including matters related to: performance management; corrective action and/or discipline; policy interpretation and compliance; and compliance with local, state and federal employment and labor laws.

Ensure compliance with all applicable governmental regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field with a minimum of 6 years of manufacturing experience OR Advance Degree in HR or related field with a minimum of 4 years of manufacturing experience Experience leading through significant change management Experience of working with COEs to include Labor, Training and Development, Recruiting, Benefits and HR Operations. Proactive team player, flexible, dependable, professional attitude Demonstrated ability to build rapport with key stakeholders Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment Ability to function with minimal supervision, establish priorities and follow through on them Excellent verbal, written communication, and strong presentation skills Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
