Director of Pharmacy Job Opening in Lexington, KY. "Rehab Hospital" is the largest hospital within organization, 200+beds of rehab after stroke, brain injury, and other complex neurological and orthopedic conditions.

Requirements: Licensure in good standing by the appropriate state pharmacy board required. Successful completion of a degree from an accredited pharmacy program or one that is determined to be substantially equivalent to a U.S.-accredited program by a certifying agency required.

Two or more years of supervisory experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Details: Is this position included in the hospital incentive plan? yes Are you open to candidates who only have retail experience? No, wants hospital experience.

Will the Pharmacy Director round on patients? Minor part of the position - 80% management process and leadership 20% of working as a Pharmacist. Who does the Pharmacy Director Report to and are they considered part of the senior team? Reports to CEO and they are part of the Senior Leadership Team. What are the hours of the pharmacy? 7am to 7pm and use the hub that stays open for after hours - AOC rotation/on call.
