Minimum 2 years of management level experience in medical clinic operations required

Preferred experience in multi-disciplinary environment

Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties or task may be requested or assigned by immediate supervisor, his/her designee, or other management/supervisor.

• Oversees nursing functions in all Saline Clinics to assure competencies of all nursing staff, including MAs, LPNs and RNs.
• Assists providers and other clinic managers by providing education, assessment, and review and verify nursing staff competencies.
• Helps Practice Administrator develop organizational strategic plans and objectives based upon identified needs of patients.
• Develop and implement quality process improvement projects.
• Be the informaticist for the clinic management team.
