Responsibilities: Collaborate with General Contractors, Building Owners, and other Subcontractors to discuss project status and next steps Plan the job with in-house team members to ensure all contract requirements are met Organize and maintain all necessary functions for successful project completion, including performance bonds, insurance, permits, estimates, accounting duties, and more Effectively handle large crews and coordinate with other departments as needed Ensure workplace safety requirements are met Ability to handle multiple jobs at once and plan/schedule to avoid delays Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in commercial project management Journeyman License preferred Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or prior hands-on commercial HVAC experience Proven track record of bringing projects in on time and under budget Prior HVAC experience/knowledge highly desired Utilize extensive experience and judgment to accomplish goals Creativity and latitude are expected.
